In 2020, Frankie began to take on more responsibilities, further solidifying his role as a key player in the company, in 2025 he will be focusing more on learning the in’s and out’s of inventory management.
Frank's youngest son, Nick, also began contributing to the family business at the age of 14, starting in the warehouse. In the summer of 2021, he expanded his experience by joining job sites and collaborating with the showroom team to grasp the intricacies of bookkeeping. As he embarked on his college journey in the fall of 2021, Nick has remained committed to contributing to the family business during his academic breaks, demonstrating a strong work ethic and dedication to the family legacy. In late 2024, he took on a lead role of beginning to transition the company to a new software platform to help with job estimating, work orders, purchase orders, inventory and invoicing. Nick's hard work and knowledge of the family business helped to make this transition possible. In May of 2025, Nick will be graduating SUNY Plattsburgh with a Major in Global supply chain management and Business Administration and a minor in international business.
Frank's wife, Tami, has been an invaluable asset to Capitaland Flooring. Initially working behind the scenes on marketing and social media, Tami officially joined the team full-time as the Business Development Manager in November 2021. In her expanded role, she oversees project management, day-to-day operations, sales, design, vendor relationships, and the creation of new business opportunities. Tami's contributions are essential to the growth and success of the company.
The family atmosphere extends beyond Frank and Tami's immediate family, as their beloved dogs, Charlotte and Phoebe, often accompany them to the showroom and warehouse, adding a warm touch to the business environment.
